Susan has been an avid writer for around 25+ years doing everything from writing freelance articles to editing manuscripts for other authors. Published in fiction, nonfiction, and poetry, her first love is writing horror stories that twist you in knots by the end.
Her alter ego is an Operating Room Nurse/Nurse Educator who creates tales from the interesting and weird things she has seen. Being a member of the Horror Writers Association and the Virginia Writers Club, she served as VWC President of the Richmond Chapter and 1st Vice-President of the state organization. Two novels are in the works, a paranormal romance and a medical thriller. Currently, she is researching a book about Richmond, VA and the interesting locations it has to offer.
